New Membership Procedure

NEW MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE:
FEBRUARY
Applications must be turned in on/before the Spaghetti dinner, which is either the first or second Sunday of February.
MARCH
A letter will be sent to all new members listing three (3) choices for the MANDATORY April meeting. Each new member is required to choose and attend one (1), of the three (3) listed.
APRIL
The new member MANDATORY meeting. You must choose and attend one (1) of the three (3) sessions. Each session will discuss club rules, policies and safety issues/procedures.
MAY
New member induction takes place at the Beloit Rifle Club’s monthly meeting, the first Wednesday of May. This is when your dues are payable and when you get your membership card and key(s).
GENERAL INFORMATION:
You must be a member of the National Rifle Association. You must have a membership number from the National Rifle Association. That number must be on the front side of this document. Putting the words “ Applied For”, where the NRA membership number should be, will get this application mailed back to you. Do not return it until the NRA membership number is added. Send NO MONEY with the application. Remember the February application due date. The Beloit Rifle Club takes in members only once a year, in May.
SUGGESTON: Make a photocopy of this document and the completed membership application for your records.
