Dear Members,

We are all here by invitation to a private club and invitations can be withdrawn.

If a member or director sees a safety concern and calls a cease fire. That is it. You have the right to have a safe club. But no Human being has the right to verbally or physically abuse one another. Let alone another member.

It is a sad day in our existence that we have to make a rule that you cannot verbally or physically assault another member- what happened to common courtesy and respect?

We have as of late made some grieves choices in our sponsorship or invitations of new members. Please be mindful of the club you want you belong to. When you offer to share your club with one another. It’s a common sense thing. If you wouldn’t share your living room with that person, don’t invite/sponsor him or her.

Let’s build a safe and friendly club.

Larry Abbott

Here we are Winter is behind us and Spring is just around the corner. I’m sure glad about that, all the cabin fever is getting me down. I have changed just about every scope I own to this rifle or that one and back.

Looks like everyone is doing a good job keeping trash picked up on the range. I have seen a lot of green buttons, of which I’m glad to see more members are using the range. Talk about using the range, that reminds me, did you get your spaghetti dinner, if not you missed out on some good spaghetti and a good time to visit with some new and old friends or just some B.S. ing.

Again, I’m asking members not to play with the dial on the safe, or maybe your kids are when you are in the bathroom. It is almost like “What part of ‘No’ don’t you understand?”

Who has the gun vise that Claude Willouby gave to the BRC. It sure is strange how things disappear at the club- brooms, snow shovels, dust pans, fire extinguishers, rakes, etc., even a wheelbarrow with BRC painted on the side. What about the small table, cream colored with green trim and folding sides? I believe this was a metal table.

Hope you all had a great Easter!
