LOCATION: Highway 51, 5 miles north of Beloit to Philhower Road, ½ mile east of Highway 51 on north side of Philhower Road. Only west gate will be used for all matches.

 RULES: Current NRA Silhouette Rules will apply. Competition is open to everyone. Out-of -State competitors are eligible for Match and Class Awards only.

 ENTRIES: Advance entries are accepted, though not required, one month prior to the match. For entries or additional information, contact Jon Flora,  608-921-6064 or e-mail jonnvic@att.net

 COURSE OF FIRE: 80 round aggregate match will consist of two 40 round squads of individual classified matches. NRA regulation distance and targets will be used. Squads within the relay will determine target order. Competitors earning 10 pins may shoot for “long runs” at the end of the match.

 FIRING TIMES: Match begins promptly at 10:30 AM. Please be present for Registration and Equipment Certification prior to 10:00AM. The range will be open for sight-in from 8:00 AM to 10:00AM.

 EQUIPMENT: NRA Rules apply. Standard rifle weight maximum of 10lbs-2oz. Hunting rifle weight 8 ½ lbs maximum and trigger pulls not less than 2 lbs. Rifles will be weighed and certified before match. Open Bolt Indicators (OBI,s) are required.

 CLASSIFICATION: NRA Silhouette classification will be used. 2012 classification books required and available ($13.00) from the Statistical Officer. Unclassified shooters will compete in the highest classification.

 AWARDS: Class Awards: 1st place (1 to 9 competitors), 2^nd place (10-14 competitors), and 3rd place (15 or more competitors).  Match  Awards: 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place. Match winners are not eligible for class awards. Class and Match awards are eligible for special awards provided they are Wisconsin Residents. All award winners must be current members of the Wisconsin State Association (Wi-Force). Special Awards: High Junior, High Woman and High Senior. 5 and 10 pins awarded to classes B-AA. 10 pins awarded only to AAA-Masters.

 TIES: Ties will be decided in per NRA Rule 15.3(a). All ties will be broken by shootoffs immediately following the match unless the competitors involved agree on a different method.

 FEE’S: Smallbore Rifle, $20.00. Smallbore Hunting Rifle, $20.00. Both Classes, $40.00.

 NOTE: Please bring proof of classification book.. Restroom facilities are available on grounds and hot dogs available at concession.

10:30 am – Doors open

11:00 am Concessions Open

Noon – Legislative Briefing

1:15 pm – March to the State Capital

Watch for details as they develop at “www.IGOLD.isra.org” and to reserve a seat on one of the many charter buses headed to Springfield.  There will be a bus leaving from Rockford for only $25 for the round trip. It is a fun, important day for gun owners.
