CMP will add Rimfire Sporter matches to its program this year. The match features .22 rimfire rifles that weigh no more than 7 ½ pounds, no shooting jackets, no fancy stuff. CMP matches at Beloit Rifle Club are considered mixed and you may bring “other” (your AR-15) rifles if you like. CMP fees are $10.00 for members, $15.00 for non-members and $5.00 for juniors (under 18). Juniors will need a liability release signed by a parent or guardian, which will be good for the year.
